Although one cannot be the "super coach" overnight, there is a book in which can improve your style style of coaching your athletes. Plus, one cannot be a coach from out of nowhere. They are to have a certified coaching certificate (past level one- like me!! I can't be a track coach, AS YET!). But there is a book in the library (Weldon of course) where you can find out how to coach a track team. The book may be old, but it can be very fundamental. No warm-up or cool-down is out of style! It is just like the Olympic Games, but this competition is for those individuals who have physical and/or mental disabilities. Created by Sir Ludwig Guttmann in 1948, he had organized this sports competition that involved  World War II veterans with a spinal cord injury in Stoke Mandeville, England. She holds the world record for running the 100 and 200 metre sprint. At the 1988 Olympic trials she ran the three fastest 100-meter times ever by a woman and set the American record in the 200-meter dash. Since then, no one has ever beat that record that was set that year.
